The 50+ best Birmingham blogs of 2008

Stef highlighted some really interesting Birmingham folk to follow on Twitter last week, so we decided it was about time we shared some of our favourite Birmingham blogs we’ve been reading this year. Some are creative, some spotlight the cool work of others and a couple are downright strange. They all make up the fantastic Birmingham blogging community and should be in your feed reader!

So in no particular order here’s some of the best Birmingham blogs we’ve been reading this year:

Click the Subscribe link next to each blog to add them to Google Reader, or download this file to your desktop and import it into your Google Reader. If you don’t use Google Reader, then you’ll most likely need to download this file as well, look for the button that says import, cross your fingers and hope it all works out ok.

Tip: Try subscribing to something you’ve never even heard off!

Did we miss you? or do you know about have a fantastic blog that we’ve totally overlooked, perhaps you totally disagree with our selections, let us know by adding them in the comments.

Thanks very much for including the TEN4 blog. We’ve actually not updated that since April, when we rebranded as 4Talent magazine, so you might want to switch… your call, of course!

Wow, great to see TEN4 on there – although I should point out that the magazine re-branded to become 4Talent magazine two issues ago, so we haven’t updated that blog since April! ;-)

Awww! Thanks guys! Dead chuffed with this me.

Isn’t it wonderful that Brum has got such a vibrant blogging community these days.

Also makes me feel very guilty for not posting much recently. :( Sorry – I will jump to it.

Thanks for this. I’ve only had my own blog going since April and it’s great to be seen in such company. Now I’m at Digital Birmingham I’m hoping that as we develop our blog it will be seen as useful enough to make next year’s version of this list.

Hey Tom, and thanks! Criminally I’ve only just found out about my place in your list, and am really pleased to be a part of it.

Just imported the OMPL file myself, as there’s a fair few I’ve missed.

    Cheers!
